Snack Shack
The Clinic has re-opened (again) a small "cafetería" adjacent to the yard between the church and the clinic building. It has been an "on-again, off-again" proposition over the years. 
The building is really quite small as you can see in the picture below.
Patients and their families can buy a cup of coffee, something cool to drink, a package of crackers or another snack food, a sandwich, pastries, or pastillitos (mini-empanadas), among other things. I suspect most customers are actually Clinic employees as seen here.
The building would have had a similar function when the clinic building was an Episcopal School, selling snacks and items to students many, many years ago.
