HELP!
At first glance, this picture looks out of focus or as though the photographer moved the camera. The picture shows a First Aid-First Responder workshop for the health promoters. The "victim" in pink as well as the background are in focus. The "rescuers" are a blur of activity, however. This is an advanced workshop for the volunteer health promoters organized in colaboration with the local chapter of the Dominican Red Cross-Red Crescent.
